Louise partners with Media Cymru to deliver a £600,000 Greening the Screen RD&I fund (2023-2026) to support the Screen New Deal: Transformation Plan for Wales and collaborates with sustainable screen organisations in the UK and Europe. She is also responsible for internal environmental monitoring of Ffilm Cymru Wales.  

Louise joined Ffilm Cymru Wales in 2023. She has extensive experience of coordinating sustainable development projects in the UK, Europe, and internationally (Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean). In Wales, Louise has supported the delivery of projects relating to sustainable tourism, skills, and the circular economy. She has expertise in project management and applied research, and has worked with businesses, trade associations, universities, governments, third sector organisations, and communities. Louise has an MPhil. in Environment and Development from the University of Cambridge. She volunteers as a Green Key Jury Member for Wales and for the Flat Holm Society, an island conservation charity.
