Ihsana is the first port of call for our Film Funding applications and enquiries, as well as assisting with the day-to-day admin to ensure a smooth running of the Production department.  

Ihsana graduated with a BA in Film Production & Cinematography at Bournemouth University before deciding to move to Cardiff in 2019 to pursue a career in the film industry. After securing a traineeship on the Disney series Willow in 2021, Ihsana joined Ffilm Cymru Wales in 2022 as she felt the company followed many of her core beliefs for a more sustainable film industry, while focusing on mental health and career progression of crew and developing projects that focus on uplifting the voices of minority communities both behind and in front of the screen.
