Executive Assistant to CEO, COO and Board

Hayley is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO and Board. Alongside supporting the senior management team in their day-to-day work, including managing diaries and liaising with key partners and stakeholders, Hayley  organises Board meetings, managing our Cardiff based office, minute taking responding to general enquiries and other tasks that are reasonably required. 

After gaining a Distinction in Foundation Art & Design, specialising in Fashion and Textiles, Hayley gained various experience in retail and retail management. Whilst working in retail Hayley worked on various small productions as a runner,     from this experience Hayley managed to gain work at the BBC, working on Bargain Hunt, Make Me a Dealer and Points of View. 

Hayley first joined Ffilm Cymru Wales in April 2019 as an Admin Assistant, then worked with the Skills and Training ‘Foot in The Door’ project, and now is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO and Board.
