FireParty Lab offers coaching and mentoring for writers, directors and producers born or based in Wales.

A new platform for emerging Black and Ethnic Minority filmmakers to connect, engage and access opportunities in the creative industry.

Chapter MovieMaker is a long-running short film night showcasing local filmmakers, run monthly by Chapter Cardiff.

This project was a collaboration between Cardiff-based, disability-led theatre company Hijinx and 104 Films – the world leaders in disability cinema.

A series of events tailored for new and emerging filmmakers in North East Wales, connecting them with established talent & production companies as well as providing career-focused guidance and opportunities.

Ffilm Cymru, BFI NETWORK Wales & BBC Wales celebrated the broadcast of a selection of our Beacons short films with a filmmaker Q&A.

In the new year we introduced producers to a new MindSet; our screen industry-specific mental health awareness training programme supported by the ScreenSkills Film Skills Fund.

This one-day event was primarily aimed at writers, producers, directors, actors and other creatives from an ethnic minority background, looking to develop a career in film, TV or theatre.
