Over the past decade, Shane has navigated the realms of production, experiential art, and community projects with a focus on innovation, inclusion, and inspiration. With a background rich in creative collaboration and a keen eye for the transformative power of technology in storytelling, Shane is all about creating opportunities that uplift underrepresented voices and foster a dynamic cultural sector.

Shane has a passion for working with and developing artists, promoting under-represented voices and working towards building a more inclusive cultural sector. Shane likes content with a powerful voice and innovative vision; artists and organisations who enjoy doing things differently by questioning the establishment and the norm. Shane started out producing work of an immersive and participatory nature but has gone on to work on a wide variety of different projects across theatre, digital art, film, opera, and more. Alongside his freelance career, Shane teaches Improvisation and Devising at UWTSD.
