Caroline is responsible for developing new and existing partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow and develop skills and training work at Ffilm Cymru Wales. 

Caroline’s previous roles at Ffilm Cymru have included Programme Manager and Producer on Ffolio, a talent development scheme for new Writer/Directors with BBC Cymru Wales, BBC Arts and the Arts Council of Wales and Project Manager on Film in Afan; Ffilm Cymru’s pioneering mobile cinema, film education and community regeneration programme. Caroline has also worked as a skills consultant and project manager on Foot in the Door and has been devising and delivering training & skills programmes across Wales since 2019, as well as supporting trainee placement schemes on Keeping Faith / Un bore Mercher (BBC/S4C/Vox Productions) Euros Lyn’s Dream Horse and GALWAD (Mad as Birds Films). 

She has worked as a freelance Creative Producer/Facilitator specialising in work that connects and engages communities through Film, Theatre and visual arts on projects for National Theatre Wales, WOW Film Festival, BBC Wales, Volcano Theatre, Swansea University and Winding Snake Productions.

After graduating with a BA Honours in Film and Television, Caroline began her career as a Television Researcher in unscripted including broadcasters BBC and ITV. She set up and Spill Media an organisation designed to support people to tell their stories visually, producing content and delivering a range of digital inclusion programmes across Wales. Caroline has a master's in business and law in Technology and Innovation.
