Ffilm Cymru Wales & BFI NETWORK Wales Wrexham Coffee Clinic & 1-2-1s

28th June 2024, 11:00

In conjunction with FOCUS Wales and 73 Degree Films, Ffilm Cymru Wales is holding a relaxed workshop and networking session at Tŷ Pawb in Wrexham on 28th June 11am – 1pm with an opportunity to book a 1-2-1 with our Talent Development Manager afterwards.

Come along to hear more about our range of funding support, look at case studies of films we’ve funded and learn about our current and upcoming talent development opportunities, including this year’s Beacons short film scheme prior to the application deadline on 19th July.

Coffees, teas and biscuits will be provided.

This is a free session and particularly useful for writers, directors and producers born or based in Wales or those seeking to collaborate with them.

Following the Coffee Clinic you can book a 1-2-1 with Ffilm Cymru Wales' Talent Development Manager Tracy Spottiswoode.

1-2-1s last up to 15 minutes and can be in English or Welsh.

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. We are not able to review application materials such as scripts, pitch decks or budgets but are keen to hear more about your filmmaking ambitions and answer any questions you have about our funding, eligibility criteria, the application process or help with general career advice.
