Matt is part of the Senior Management Team, leading on all Operational elements of Ffilm Cymru Wales whilst line managing a number of staff. 

Prior to joining Ffilm Cymru Wales, Matt enjoyed a 20 year career in professional sport. Working across multiple organisations, he worked in Commercial and Operational positions, developing excellent relationships with the likes of FAW, WRU, Concert promoters, Welsh Government, the Premier League, EFL, URC and others. 

At  Ffilm Cymru Wales, Matt continues to make transformational changes within the company, leading on day to day management of operational matters and providing management to staff in key areas such as finance, sustainability and audience / exhibition.
