Manager of Development & Production

Jude oversees Ffilm Cymru’s development and production funds, feeding into and delivering on the strategy led by the Head of Production. She supports the team to help advance talent through our ladders of progression, as well as taking a more hands-on exec role across a range of short films and feature development awards.

Prior to joining Ffilm Cymru, Jude managed the running of Creative England’s iFeatures development lab in partnership with BFI & BBC Films, which was known for supporting bold debut features such as Lady Macbeth, God’s Own Country, Make Up, The Last Tree, Here Before and Blue Jean. She also developed a series of short films for Sky Arts from new directors.

Jude has previously worked for Encounters Short Film & Animation Festival and NISI MASA – European Network of Young Cinema.
