Gwenfair works across development and production as executive, working with emerging and established talent, on short and feature projects. Gwenfair takes a leading role in our Sinema Cymru programme, the flagship Welsh language feature work, run with Creative Wales and S4C. 

After an academic background examining modern and medieval literature through the lens of intertextuality, she moved into theatre, producing new and traditional works, both scripted and devised. Working with filmmakers, she brings her passion for and experience in various art forms to challenge and champion story development practice. She has a particular interest in film made in minority languages, and international collaboration. Alongside her work at Ffilm Cymru, Gwenfair works as a script editor and story consultant.
