Talent Development Manager

Tina supports the production department and film talent (writers, directors and producers) to access opportunities for career development. She is an award-winning filmmaker and BAFTA Cymru-nominated director with over a decade of cross-disciplinary experience spanning theatre, dance, film, and screenwriting. In recognition of her directorial work, she was named the 2025 recipient of The Arts Foundation Fellowship.
 
From 2022 to 2024, Tina served as Writer in Residence for 5 Acts Productions and ITV. She previously completed a trainee director scheme at Bad Wolf in 2020, shadowing BAFTA-winning director Farren Blackburn on the Sky One series A Discovery of Witches. In 2020–2021, she was selected for the ITV/Dancing Ledge New Talent Scheme and mentored by acclaimed writer Charlie Covell (The End of The F**ing World*, KAOS).
 
Alongside her creative work, Tina has led and facilitated a range of funded projects and collaborations with arts organisations across Wales. She has provided consultancy for several cultural institutions and consistently champions opportunities for underrepresented artists. From 2019 to 2022, Tina worked closely with the National Botanic Garden of Wales, culminating in Mycelium—a week-long residency for Black and Brown female creatives.
