Director Shadowing Opportunity

Hartswoodfilms are inviting applications for a paid nine week placement shadowing director Lee Haven Jones (Gwledd / The Feast) on the production of new BBC1 thriller Wolf

The production office is in Newport and filming will take place around south Wales. The successful candidate will join the production team for 3.5 weeks prep & 3.5 weeks shoot from 25th April and then 2 weeks post in July/August/Sept.
 
Fee: £650 per week
Expenses/access costs: In addition to the fee, further financial support will be available for travel expenses, childcare or other identified access costs. 
Term: 9 weeks
Dates: 
Prep - 25/04 to 17/05 (3.5 weeks)
Shoot- 18/05 to 04/06 (3.5 weeks)
Post - 2 weeks in July/Aug/Sept (exact dates to be agreed)
 
Working Days/Hours: 
Prep & post hours 08.00-18.00. 
Shoot 10hr days, time dependent on schedule requirements. Some evenings & late nights likely during shoot. 
 
Candidates should be Welsh or resident in Wales, ideally with a base in south Wales. They should have previous directing credits on short films or scripted TV drama.
